Spain: Part three of three

Barcelona: The Gaudi Experience

Liked the photos?

Gaudi, the name you hear often when mentioning Barcelona, and quite rightly so. One visit to the fantasy buildings of Park Güell and you can enjoy the serenity of this man’s clever architectural design, I actually felt as if I was an extra in the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale! take a look at picture 24 towards the end of this set to see what I mean.

His most famous building the La Sagrada Famila, which is still being built today, left me blow away when I walked up the steps from the Sagrada Família metro for the first time, pictures don’t really do it justice, from the extraordinary Passion Facade figures on the outside to the beautiful colour’s coming off the stained windows once our inside ~ what a masterpiece!
